The Council meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, 4:00 PM, in the Council Chambers at 100 Civic Center Drive.[1]

Applications are accepted year-round through the City Clerk's Office and kept on file for one year; you must be a registered Newport Beach voter.[3]
